19th-century mansion in Florence with opulent interiors and enchanting gardens, perfect for a luxurious elopement.
A Villa Cora elopement package offers a classic, grand setting just minutes from the center of Florence.
The villa is a 19th-century masterpiece and a protected national monument, which means every detail, from floral arrangements to music, must adhere to strict historical preservation rules.
This is not a venue for improvisation. Our role is to manage these complexities for you, ensuring a seamless event that honors the villa’s character without compromising your day.
Our process is built around the venue’s specific requirements, securing the right permissions and coordinating with their team so you can experience the grandeur of Villa Cora without the logistical burden.
Villa Cora is one of several distinct venues we work with in the region; you can compare more Florence elopement venues to find the right fit.
Our 2027 packages for a Villa Cora elopement are designed for a symbolic ceremony for two.
The starting price is based on a weekday event during standard access hours, including the rental of a designated ceremony space.
We handle all vendor and venue communication to ensure every element meets the villa’s precise standards.

Planning an elopement at Villa Cora requires understanding its function as both a historic site and a five-star hotel. We build our timelines around these realities.
A well-planned timeline is essential for a relaxed day. This schedule is designed for a late afternoon ceremony, allowing for a calm morning and beautiful light for photographs.
Our 2027 packages for a symbolic elopement for two at Villa Cora start at €16,115. This includes planning, key vendors like photography, and the venue rental fee for a designated ceremony space. The final price will vary based on your guest count and any added services.
Yes. The base package is for the couple only, but it can be expanded to accommodate a small group of up to 10 guests. We adjust the plan to include chairs, guest coordination, and a larger budget for elements like florals or transportation.
No, only symbolic ceremonies can be held at Villa Cora. For a legally binding wedding, the ceremony must take place at the Florence town hall, Palazzo Vecchio. We can arrange this for you and schedule a separate symbolic ceremony and photo session at the villa.
For a venue as sought-after as Villa Cora, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance, particularly if you want a date during the peak season from May to September. This ensures availability for both the venue and our core team of suppliers.
Villa Cora is a functioning luxury hotel, so the property is not exclusively yours. We secure a designated area, such as a section of the gardens, for the private use of your ceremony. However, other hotel guests will be on the grounds and in the main building. Our planning ensures your ceremony feels intimate and undisturbed.
The next step is to confirm Villa Cora is the right fit for your budget, date, and vision.
Once you inquire, we will check availability for your preferred dates and provide a detailed proposal outlining the full costs and process.
This ensures you have a clear financial and logistical picture before making any commitments.
