Guests. The prices are for the two of you. In most cases you can add a few other guests. You stay on the same package, and the price may slightly increase to cover them. If you’d like more people with you, from about 8 to 30, that’s a small wedding. We put together a quote for each one, and our small wedding in Italy page explains how we plan them.
What’s included. Every package includes the planning, a celebrant, a photographer, hair and makeup and flowers. Each Lake Como package also includes a one-hour private boat tour. Some packages include a night or two at the venue, or a dinner.
The Package Builder. Every venue has its own page, and on each one you’ll find our Package Builder. It shows everything that’s included and the starting price for the two of you. You can add extras, such as a legal ceremony, a videographer, extra photography time or more flowers for the ceremony, and take them off again. The price updates as you go.
When it looks right, send it to us. We’ll email you a full breakdown, and one of our planners will be in touch to ask about your date and talk through your plans.
What isn’t included. Your flights aren’t included. Dinner isn’t included unless your venue’s package already has it, but we arrange dinners for couples all the time, so just tell us if you’d like one. Nights beyond those in your package aren’t included, and neither are the town hall fees for a legal ceremony or the extras you add in the Package Builder.
Symbolic or legal. Most couples have a symbolic ceremony at their venue and complete the legal marriage at home. We can also arrange a legal ceremony in Italy. It needs more paperwork and more time, and the town hall fees are separate.
When to book. Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead. The venues we work with are popular and book up quickly, but a closer date can still work if the venue is available, so it’s always worth asking. We plan July and August too, with the ceremony in the evening, when it’s cooler.
Booking. If you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll help you book the venue, which confirms your date. We then send our contract and plan the day with you. If you’d like to check a date first, or you’re not sure which venue to choose, send us a message through our contact form.
Anything else. If there’s anything else you’d love to have on the day, just ask. We arrange all sorts of things for couples, and we’ll tell you what’s possible at your venue.
Somewhere else. If you have somewhere else in mind, in Italy or further away, just ask us. We plan elopements in other places too.

Tuscany suits a couple who wants a quiet day in the countryside, among rolling hills, olive groves and cypress trees, where food and wine are a big part of the day. The venues range from noble villas to rustic farmhouses, two of them on working wine estates. They're spread across the region, so you'll drive to reach yours.
Venice suits a couple who wants the city on the water, with the day moving by boat between the canals and historic palace hotels. There's also one garden estate in Valpolicella, in the countryside near Verona, if you'd rather marry outside the city.
Florence suits a couple who wants the Renaissance city around them, with art, stone streets and a private garden for the ceremony. You can marry in a hotel garden in the centre or at a villa on the hill above the Boboli Gardens, and the whole day stays in Florence.
Lake Como suits a couple who wants villas and gardens on the water, with the mountains all around. The venues range from a private house on the lake to the historic gardens people come to see and a five-star hotel, and a boat tour is part of every package.
The Amalfi Coast suits a couple who wants the sea, with towns on the cliffs and gardens high in the hills. The venues are in Positano, Ravello and Sorrento, from hotels on the coast to hill gardens and a private villa. The drive between those towns is slow, and a boat is not in every package.
