Luxurious 16th-century palazzo on the Grand Canal, perfect for an intimate and elegant elopement
An elopement at Aman Venice is an exercise in quiet grandeur. As a 16th-century private palazzo on the Grand Canal, it offers an atmosphere of protected history and calm that is rare in the city.
The primary consideration for any event here is that Aman is both an operational hotel and a protected monument. This means there are strict rules governing timing, access, decor, and privacy to maintain the guest experience and preserve the building’s integrity.
Our role is to manage these complexities for you. We design a seamless day that respects the venue’s requirements while ensuring your elopement feels personal and unhurried.
Our packages are built around the specific logistics of working within this unique space. Aman Venice is one of several distinct venues we work with; you can compare more Venice elopement venues to find the right fit.
Our 2027 packages for Aman Venice are designed for a symbolic ceremony for two people, held on a weekday.
The starting price covers the core elements needed for a beautiful, well-photographed elopement within one of the palazzo’s historic salons, such as the Piano Nobile. We handle all liaison with the venue to secure the right space and time for your event.

Planning an elopement at Aman Venice requires understanding its specific operational realities. We manage these details so you do not have to.
This is a sample schedule for a late afternoon elopement. The timing is built around the best light for photography and the venue’s typical event windows.
Our 2027 all-inclusive packages for two at Aman Venice start from €10,720. This price covers full planning, one night's accommodation, the venue rental for your ceremony, 4 hours of photography, a symbolic celebrant, personal florals, beauty services, a private dinner for two, and a one-hour water taxi tour for portraits.
Yes, the venue can accommodate small guest groups, typically up to 10 people for an elopement-style event. Our Guest Management extra can be added to the package, which adjusts the cost for the additional coordination and any changes to the venue fee.
Aman Venice is not licensed for legally binding civil ceremonies. The base package includes a symbolic ceremony. If you want a legal marriage, we can add our Legal Paperwork Assistance service to arrange the official civil rite at Venice’s town hall, Palazzo Cavalli, usually on the same day or the day before your symbolic celebration at Aman.
For Aman Venice, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance. The hotel has very limited availability for private events, especially during peak season (May to September), so early planning is essential to secure your date.
While the gardens are a beautiful feature, their availability for a ceremony is never guaranteed. Use is dependent on the weather and the hotel's schedule of other events. We always plan for the ceremony to be held in one of the magnificent indoor salons, which provides a reliable, climate-controlled, and equally stunning setting.
The next step is to check availability and suitability. Once you enquire, we will first contact Aman Venice to confirm potential dates.
We will then send you a detailed proposal that outlines the package, any requested extras, and a clear budget estimate.
This process ensures the venue is the right fit for your vision and budget before any commitment is made.
