Each region has its own landscape and its own way of getting around on the day. Read about each one below, then follow the link to see the venues we work with there and their prices.
Tuscany
In Tuscany you can marry among vineyards and olive groves, at a wine estate, a historic villa or a private castle in the hills, and the whole day stays in the countryside. Our Tuscany elopement packages start at €8,575 for the two of you.
Lake Como
Lake Como is a deep blue lake ringed by mountains, with historic villas and gardens along its shores. You marry in one of those gardens or on a terrace by the water, then head out on the lake for your photographs, because every one of our Lake Como elopement packages includes a private boat tour. They start at €10,660 for the two of you.
Amalfi Coast
Positano, Ravello and Sorrento sit high on the cliffs above the sea, with hotel terraces and gardens looking out over the water. There are steps everywhere and the roads between the towns are slow, so we plan the timing of your day around them. Our Amalfi Coast elopement packages start at €10,808 for the two of you.
Venice
There are no cars in Venice, so on your wedding day you’ll travel the way Venetians always have, by boat along the canals. You marry at one of three historic palace hotels on the water, or, if you’d rather have a garden, at Villa Rizzardi in the Valpolicella countryside near Verona. Venice elopement packages start at €8,780 for the two of you.
Florence
Florence is the Renaissance city, full of art and stone streets, and you can still marry in a private garden: a hotel garden right in the centre, or a villa on the hill above the Boboli Gardens. From €9,400 for the two of you, our Florence elopement packages keep the whole day in the city.
Rome
Rome has ancient ruins, fountains and lively piazzas, but it’s a busy capital, and we haven’t yet found venues there that give an elopement the privacy and calm we’d want for you. Our Rome page explains why, and where else in Italy you might look instead.
Sardinia, Capri and the Cinque Terre
If you'd love sand and sea, Italy has quieter stretches of coast too. We don't have packages in these places yet, but we work in any destination, so tell us where you'd like to be.
Sardinia
Sardinia has clear water and white-sand stretches such as the Costa Smeralda. If you'd love a beach day outside the regions above, just ask us.
Capri
Capri is a small island off the Amalfi Coast, with high cliffs and boats coming in and out of its harbour. We don't have packages on Capri, but we're happy to talk it through with you.
Cinque Terre
The Cinque Terre are five colourful villages on the cliffs of the Ligurian coast. Most can't be reached by car, so you arrive by train or on foot and travel light.
Why couples choose Italy for an elopement
Wherever you decide to marry, some things are the same all over Italy.
1. Every region looks different
You can marry among vineyards in Tuscany, in a garden on Lake Como, at a palace on the water in Venice or high above the sea on the Amalfi Coast, so the place can be the one that feels like you.
2. Just the two of you
You marry at your venue, away from the crowds at the famous sights, so the day stays about the two of you.
3. The food and the wine
For many couples, a long dinner after the ceremony is part of the day. We arrange it for you. It isn't in the starting price unless your venue's package already includes it.
4. Getting ready
Every package includes hair and makeup for the bride, and a bouquet and buttonhole, so you don't have to find anyone yourself.
5. The photographs
Every package includes a photographer, and we plan the timing of your day around the light at your venue.
6. Someone with you at every step
One of our planners plans the day with you and coordinates it on the day, with the venue, the celebrant and the photographer, so you don't have to manage anyone yourself.
7. History all around you
Many of the venues are historic villas, palaces and estates, and in Tuscany there's a castle.
8. A place to stay
Some of our packages include a night or two at the venue, so you can stay where you married.
9. The weather
April, May, September and October are the months most couples choose. We plan July and August too, with the ceremony in the evening, when it's cooler.
10. Your honeymoon starts here
You're already in Italy, so you can stay on and travel after the wedding without another long flight.

Every package includes the planning, a celebrant, a photographer, hair and makeup and flowers. Some also include a night or two at the venue, or a dinner. Our Italy elopement packages show every region, with the starting price for the two of you.
Legal or symbolic?
Most couples have a symbolic ceremony at their venue and complete the legal marriage at home. We can also arrange a legal ceremony in Italy. It needs more paperwork and more time, and the town hall fees are separate.

Every venue we work with has its own page, and on each one you’ll find our Package Builder. It shows everything that’s included and the starting price for the two of you. You can then add anything you’d like, such as a legal ceremony, a videographer, extra photography time or more flowers for the ceremony, and the price updates as you choose.
